Reconstruction & design
2D/3D reconstruction, parts and assemblies; make-or-buy decisions and bills of materials with occurrence counts. Sheet parts include contours, cut-outs, holes and assembly positions.
From a STEP assembly to individual sheet metal parts, with flat patterns, engineering checks and a connected production order.

Email enquiries, PDF drawings, DXF contours and STEP assemblies are attached to the project. Missing materials, tolerances and manufacturing information lead to specific clarification questions.

Flat patterns, web widths and bending checks expose critical details. Changes create a new revision while the blocked original remains traceable.
Laser cutting, bending, welded assemblies, turning and milling share production routes. Cross-order nesting, sheets and remnants connect demand to inventory. Punching is available as a machine alternative with punching-force checks.
The documented R01 case derives seven sheet-part types from the reconstructed STEP assembly with 221 occurrences. A DFM finding on the top frame leads to revision B. SF-400 adds ten cabinet parts, including seven bent parts, and a welded assembly. Quotation, order, material, nest, operations, quality, delivery and payment remain connected.
Synthetic demonstration, not a customer reference.

Laser, press brake, milling/turning centre and welding cell use machine profiles covering workspace, tools, technology and program versions. Simulation, program read-back and queues support preparation.
Examples are synthetic software workflows. R01 is a reference reconstruction and does not establish dimensional accuracy to the physical original. Material and tolerances are recorded as example specifications. OEM postprocessor, controller, tools and production release are adapted and accepted for the customer machine.
